Sticking to your workout

Today I was on twitter and Mens Health had a link posted for an interesting article "20 ways to stick to your workout". This was a great article, that I defiantly recommend reading. I find that the day's I have planned to workout with my trainer are days that I never miss, unless I am horribly ill. The article also talks about ways to keep you motivated, like doing your least favorite workout first so you have it out of the way and can do the workouts you do really enjoy.
