Today was my first workout since being sick for a week and a half!!!! It felt AMAZING! I love my trainer Brad he is great, he knows how to get me to do things I would never do in my own workouts but isn't that drill sergeant type. I can't stand trainers that treat you like a prisoner, that is the last way to get me to do something but with Brad I always want to push myself and train harder! Today we did lots of lunges, press and curl lunges and lots and lots of TRX (one of my favorite ways to workout). After I could barley move lol, it was just what I needed to stay motivated, after a training session I am always revved up and ready to work harder than ever!
